We are partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing founder-led businesses, behind a string of viral, social-first products that have racked up over 1.5 billion organic views worldwide. They're on a mission to bring more fun into people's lives, and they're building the in-house content engine to do it at scale.
As a Marketing Associate, you will join a high-performing, creative Owned Marketing team at a genuinely exciting stage of growth. Working across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, you will own the pre-launch testing process for new product releases, helping decide what gets scaled and what gets shelved.

Responsibilities
- Develop and film multiple content angles per new product to identify what resonates before wider resource is committed
- Analyse content performance against internal benchmarks, feeding clear recommendations into launch and stock decisions
- Manage the full production workflow - from brief and casting through to filming, directing video editors, and scheduling
- Collaborate closely with the wider content team on planning and coordination
- Support content production for hero and best-selling lines
About you
We are keen to speak with candidates who are:
- Hands-on content creator with a strong instinct for what performs on short-form and social platforms
- Comfortable owning a testing process and making data-informed creative calls
- Confident briefing, directing and working alongside video editors
- Organised, fast-moving, and energised by a high-output, high-autonomy environment
- Prior experience in social-first, DTC, or consumer content roles is a strong plus
