The Company:

Fertifa is a leading provider of employee benefits, covering all underserved areas of healthcare. Fertifa fills the gaps between PMI provision and general practice healthcare to offer inclusive and comprehensive health benefits for all employees, in one place. Our mission is to make personal healthcare accessible for all individuals, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, or relationship status.

We have a long-standing legacy of providing reproductive health and neurodiversity clinical support to global Enterprises and SMEs alike. Today, our services extend across fertility and family-forming, maternity, menopause, women’s and men’s reproductive health and neurodiversity, (with Mental Health, Lifestyle and Infant care coming soon), offering clinical and wellbeing support, educational resources, and financial assistance - all through our Fertifa app.

After acquiring Juniper Reproductive Health and completing a seed extension in 2025, we are now entering an exciting phase of growth. As we scale, we’re building a team of mission-driven, high-performing individuals passionate about transforming employer-funded healthcare.

The next step in our journey? We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Associate to join the team.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team at a foundational level. As a Marketing Associate, your role is a mix between executing core specialist marketing tasks and handling general administrative workflows to keep the department running smoothly. You will focus on high-quality tactical execution, administrative accuracy, and content delivery to brief. The role centres on managing tasks and the quality of execution under the clear direction of senior team members. You will be part of a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary team that values initiative, flexibility, and fast-paced delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
