Location: London, UK | Hybrid contract 6-12 months (extendable)
About the Role
Join a leading global entertainment, media and consumer products organisation as a Marketing Associate within its EMEA Franchise Management & Marketing team.
You’ll support the growth and execution of high-profile entertainment franchises across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, working with regional markets, global brand teams, licensees, retailers and cross-functional stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career Marketing, Brand, Licensing, Consumer Products or Media professional with marketing technologies skills who enjoys working across multiple projects, managing stakeholders and bringing campaigns and content to life.
What You’ll Do
- Marketing & Campaign Coordination: Manage end-to-end marketing workflows, submissions and approvals across EMEA, ensuring projects progress smoothly and on time.
- Rights & Clearances: Coordinate approvals with Legal, Brand, Usage Rights, Talent and external partners for marketing materials and promotional activity.
- Digital Content & Assets: Manage SharePoint and digital asset platforms, ensuring regional teams have access to current presentations, toolkits, sizzle reels and campaign materials.
- Events & Retail: Support trade events, licensing summits, retailer meetings and partner presentations, including materials and logistics.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitive, retail and market insights and support reporting across sales, retail, category, streaming, theatrical, gaming and other business areas.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams, licensees, retailers and regional marketing contacts while tracking initiatives across multiple markets.
- Reporting & Communications: Maintain trackers, create presentations and contribute to internal communications, newsletters and business updates.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, consumer products, licensing, media, entertainment, retail or project coordination — or equivalent experience.
- Strong project/workflow management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with strong proficiency in Word and Outlook.
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams or digital asset/content management platforms.
- Exposure to BI, analytics or reporting tools such as AWS QuickSight, Google Analytics or similar is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.
- Comfortable working across regional and global teams and managing competing priorities.
- Genuine interest in entertainment, media, pop culture, brands, licensing, tech and consumer products.
