The Job’s Mission
As Marketing Associate, you will be part of Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular team and play a key role in the execution of marketing strategies. We are looking for a collaborative, proactive team member who is eager to make a difference and join Stryker in our mission of making healthcare better!

In this role, you will support a wide range of marketing initiatives across the product lifecycle while working in a dynamic, international environment.

What you will do
- Start with a comprehensive onboarding and familiarization phase to learn about our products/therapies, patient pathways, and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Understand general marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Build knowledge of customer needs, patient pathways, competitive dynamics, and market trends to support execution of the Peripheral Vascular strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support the development and execution of meaningful marketing programs, projects, and customer engagement initiatives aligned with the Peripheral Vascular strategy.
- Support in the development of sales tools and other sales enablement materials as needed.
- Perform sales and marketing analysis, gathering market insights.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, congresses, and educational programs – ensuring high-quality experiences for customers and stakeholders.
- Provide timely responses to customers and/or Sales inquiries or needs.
- Aware of commonly used internal/external communication goals, tools, and formats.
- Provide administrative and operational support for marketing initiatives, including contract management, vendor coordination, compliance processes, approvals, purchase orders, and budget tracking.

What you need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably in marketing, business administration, healthcare, life sciences, or any other relevant fields.
- Ability to accurately and effectively manage projects to ensure timely outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion, and presentation skills – with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong adaptability, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and to also establish relationships/work in collaboration with others.
- Ability to relate to stakeholders and customers from different markets and cultures.
- Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
- Ethics & integrity in managing confidential information.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- You have flexibility to travel as this position involves sales support and customer interaction in the field. Travel: 40%.
- You’d describe yourself as driven, energetic, and eager to learn!
Preferred
- You already have gained internship or initial work experience in Product/Brand Marketing, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.

Netherlands: €42.000 - €78.000 EUR Annual
Belgium Pay Ranges
Belgium: €48.500 - €80.900 EUR Annual
Germany Pay Ranges
Berlin/Duisburg/Waghäusel/field-based 40Std: €54.400 - €90.600 EUR Annual
United Kingdom Pay Ranges
United Kingdom: £31,800 - £52,900 GBP Annual
