🎬 We’re hiring: Graduate Intern – Franchise Management & Marketing 📍 London | Hybrid 💷 £119.23 per day, plus holiday pay
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for marketing, entertainment and globally recognised brands?
An exciting global entertainment company is looking for a Graduate Intern to join its EMEA Franchise Management & Marketing team in London.
You’ll help support franchise strategies and marketing initiatives for some of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands, working with teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa—as well as global colleagues in California.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping franchise presentations, sizzles and marketing toolkits up to date
- Distributing the latest marketing content and assets across EMEA
- Supporting licensing summits, trade shows and retailer meetings
- Monitoring retail and competitor activity and sharing key insights
- Managing marketing submissions and coordinating stakeholder approvals
- Maintaining the EMEA SharePoint and communicating new uploads
- Tracking key campaigns and creating clear activity overviews
- Building relationships with licensees and internal creative teams
- Supporting internal meetings, weekly updates and quarterly newsletters

What we’re looking for:
- A genuine interest in marketing, entertainment and consumer products
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook and email skills
- The ability to review information and produce clear summaries
