Job Title: Marketing Associate
Contract Length: 3 months
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Role Summary
We're looking for temporary marketing resource to support the operational delivery of our partnerships programme. The role will enable the team to grow and enhance our media, ecosystem and strategic partnerships by managing the day-to-day execution of contracts, deliverables, website updates and campaign activity. Taking ownership of these operational responsibilities will allow the wider marketing team to focus on developing new partnerships and driving greater commercial value, while ensuring all partner commitments are delivered to a high standard.
Scope of Support:
- Manage media, strategic and ecosystem partnerships from onboarding through to delivery.
- Draft, issue and chase barter agreements, contracts, approvals and invoicing.
- Maintain partnership trackers, calendars, documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate partner marketing activity, including assets, copy, promotional codes and tracking links.
- Manage partner website content, logos and digital assets, while supporting wider website updates where required.
- Monitor partner deliverables and campaign performance, ensuring commitments are fulfilled on both sides.
- Liaise with marketing, content, sales and production teams to coordinate partnership activity.
- Research new partnership opportunities and support renewal of existing agreements.
- Provide general marketing and campaign coordination support as business priorities evolve.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience in a similar Marketing role
- An organised, proactive and collaborative marketing professional with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating projects and balancing administrative tasks with relationship management.
- Experience in marketing, partnerships, events or campaign coordination is desirable, alongside confidence using digital marketing tools, content management systems and reporting platforms.
- The successful candidate will be adaptable, solutions focused and keen to support the wider marketing team as priorities evolve.
