We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Associate to join our marketing team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure across content, campaigns, digital marketing, CRM and lead generation. Working three days per week from our Hammersmith office, you will support the wider marketing team in turning plans into consistent, high-quality output — helping coordinate campaigns, create and publish content, maintain marketing systems and track performance. The role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, good written communication skills and the confidence to take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across email, social, website and digital channels.
- Help manage the marketing and content calendar, ensuring planned activity is delivered on time.
- Assist with creating, editing, formatting and publishing blogs, social content, emails, landing pages, guides and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate marketing assets and briefs with internal teams, designers and freelancers.
- Support social media scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including setup, audience lists, testing and performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate marketing and CRM data and support the management and attribution of inbound leads.
- Help ensure marketing-generated enquiries are correctly tracked and passed to the appropriate teams.
- Conduct competitor, market, customer and content research to support campaigns.
- Support the production of sales collateral, presentations, case studies and other commercial materials.
- Assist with website content updates and basic CMS administration.
- Track campaign activity and maintain regular marketing performance reporting.
- Support events, partnerships, PR and community initiatives where required.
- Use AI and other marketing technology to improve the efficiency and quality of marketing output.
- Maintain organised marketing files, templates, campaign trackers and documentation.
- Provide general coordination and operational support to the wider marketing team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
