A bit about the role
- Develop large-scale creator acquisition strategies across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat.
- Test different collaboration models including gifting, paid partnerships, and performance-based campaigns.
- Identify emerging creator trends and develop campaigns that encourage engaging, high-volume content creation.
- Build scalable processes that make creator recruitment and onboarding efficient.
- Develop campaigns that keep creators engaged and encourage repeat participation.
- Launch and measure experiments quickly, using data to scale successful initiatives.

A bit about you
- Experience working with influencer, creator, or partnership marketing at scale.
- A strong commercial mindset and a data-led approach to measuring success.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to spot trends early and turn them into scalable marketing opportunities.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work autonomously.
