A bit about the role

  • Develop large-scale creator acquisition strategies across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat.
  • Test different collaboration models including gifting, paid partnerships, and performance-based campaigns.
  • Identify emerging creator trends and develop campaigns that encourage engaging, high-volume content creation.
  • Build scalable processes that make creator recruitment and onboarding efficient.
  • Develop campaigns that keep creators engaged and encourage repeat participation.
  • Launch and measure experiments quickly, using data to scale successful initiatives.

A bit about you

  • Experience working with influencer, creator, or partnership marketing at scale.
  • A strong commercial mindset and a data-led approach to measuring success.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to spot trends early and turn them into scalable marketing opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work autonomously.
