Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets?
We are looking for a Marketing Associate (VIE) to join the Strategic and Operational Marketing team. The position will be based in London, and start 1 October 2026. You will report to the Head of Strategic and Operational Marketing, David Ward.
You Will Primarily Be Responsible For
- Supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across equities, derivatives, clearing, ETFs, indices, and market data
- Coordinating campaign timelines, assets and approvals, and assisting with campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Supporting the delivery of conferences, webinars, and client events, including logistics and attendee communications
- Assisting in developing marketing collateral, presentations, and client communications
- Supporting social media activity and digital content publishing, and coordinating content updates across marketing channels
- Maintaining campaign documentation and project plans, supporting CRM and marketing automation activities, and helping manage budgets and supplier administration
- Conducting market and competitor research, supporting audience analysis and campaign planning, and helping identify marketing best practice and new opportunities
Your Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Interest in financial markets is desirable but not essential
- Curious and eager to learn, proactive and takes ownership, well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills

The Strategic and Operational Marketing team delivers integrated marketing programmes that drive client engagement and commercial growth across Euronext’s Secondary Markets business. Our team works closely with business lines including equities, derivatives, clearing, ETFs, indices, and market data, supporting campaign planning, events, digital marketing, content creation, and marketing operations.
