Marketing AI Operations | Flexible UK Location | Competitive Salary
Are you passionate about AI, automation and transforming the way marketing operates?
Are you a marketing specialist who knows how to turn data, AI and customer intent into better conversion?
We’re working with a fast-growing professional services group looking for an AI Conversion & Personalisation Specialist to join its Growth & Marketing function.
This is a new, specialist role sitting at the intersection of AI, marketing automation, data, personalisation and conversion optimisation.
You’ll be responsible for making sure the right prospects are identified, understood and targeted with the right message at the right time — using AI, intent data and behavioural signals to improve lead quality and ultimately drive more opportunities through the funnel.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Head of Performance, Demand Generation, AI Operations and Data teams, taking existing campaigns and programmes and making them smarter, more targeted and more conversion focused.
Your remit will include:
- Building and managing data enrichment workflows using Salesforce APIs, Companies House, Gazette and other firmographic data sources.
- Developing ICP and intent scoring models using firmographic, behavioural and third-party intent signals.
- Using AI to create and optimise personalised content, messaging and creative variants across campaigns.
- Turning real-time intent signals — such as website behaviour, content engagement and research activity — into highly relevant personalised messaging.
- Developing live audience definitions and targeting logic for paid media and outbound activity, moving away from manual list-based targeting.
- Working with Salesforce Data 360/Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to activate enriched audiences and intent signals.
- Improving conversion performance across the funnel, from landing page and nurture through to BOFU and sales handoff.
- Designing richer conversion signals that go beyond a simple form submission and feed meaningful revenue-stage data back into advertising platforms.
- Building intent-triggered nurture and outbound journeys, ensuring prospects receive relevant follow-up based on what they are actually engaging with.
- Testing personalised vs. control messaging and using data to demonstrate the impact on engagement, lead quality and conversion.
- Working within the company’s data protection, AI governance and regulatory requirements, ensuring AI-generated content is appropriately reviewed before reaching audiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
