Marketing Automation Engineer
Remote (UK) | £75,000 - £90,000 + Benefits
A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing / MarTech Engineer to join a growing digital consumer business as they invest heavily in customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and marketing automation. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help shape the technology, data, and customer journeys that drive commercial growth.

The Role
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys and CRM workflows
- Use SQL and customer data to identify conversion and engagement opportunities
- Develop integrations between CRM, marketing, advertising, and business systems
- Build remarketing and attribution solutions that improve marketing performance
- Support CRO and experimentation initiatives
- Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver measurable business impact
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong JavaScript and Node.js experience
- Strong SQL skills, ideally with BigQuery
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Marketing automation and customer journey experience
- API integration and customer data experience
- Understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and digital marketing
