Role Summary
This maternity-cover position manages and improves marketing automation and Lead Management across EMEA, connecting marketing strategy, technology, client data, and sales engagement. It ensures campaigns and automated nurture journeys are delivered accurately, compliantly, and efficiently, while turning engagement data into actionable insights for sales teams.
The successful candidate will combine hands-on Adobe Campaign delivery with audience management, analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder management. They will work across regional Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data, and Compliance teams to maintain business continuity and advance scalable EMEA Lead Management.
Responsibilities include campaign setup, audience selection, scheduling, testing, and deployment across EMEA, together with qualification and exclusion processes covering consent, opt-outs, suppressions, bounces, and contact eligibility.
As the primary EMEA subject-matter expert for Adobe Campaign, the role supports central product owners as they roll out platform changes. Supporting issue resolution and builds capability through guidance, training, knowledge sharing, and documented best practice.
A particular focus is Lead Management and marketing-to-sales integration: developing sales signals from engagement, website, and third-party data; improving data flows across Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Seismic, and reporting tools; defining signal logic and processes; and strengthening sales follow-up and commercial measurement.
The role also analyses campaign performance, improves measurement and data quality, reduces manual effort, increases scalability, and strengthens governance, consent management, and documented workflows across EMEA.
Provides operational support for development and delivery of engaging marketing campaigns and multi-channel communications with a focus on quality, on-time delivery, and risk mitigation, and ultimately value for clients. Partners with various groups to plan, prioritize, and manage marketing projects across teams and through outside vendors as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary EMEA operational SME for Adobe Campaign, troubleshooting complex campaigns, workflow, audience, and data issues, and partnering with Technology and global platform teams to resolve incidents, implement platform changes, and maintain reliable campaign operations.
- Advises internal clients on operational processes, such as data-driven target audience identification and results analysis. Assigned to a broad client base and can provide the full range of standard operational services applicable to the role. Actively participates in campaign planning meetings to ensure a thorough understanding of campaign objectives, timing, and necessary deliverables.
- Develops standard processes and SLAs related to distribution of email across a wide variety of types and complexity that align with campaign objectives. Presents to internal clients and leads negotiations to land on the final operational plans to support the campaign. Outlines the advantages and disadvantages of the presented choices, ensuring stakeholders understand the effects on effectiveness and timing.
- Conducts regular reporting of operational activities for assigned campaigns. Manages the production schedule(s), taking steps to adjust resources and timing when challenges arise or changes occur. Seeks to anticipate unforeseen issues and prepares contingency plans accordingly.
- Ensures execution of operational plans for assigned campaign(s) include the appropriate regulatory provisions.

In addition, the role manages and improves marketing automation and Lead Management across EMEA, including automated nurture journeys, sales signals, marketing-to-sales data flows, and campaign performance reporting. It acts as the primary EMEA subject-matter expert for Adobe Campaign and partners across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data, and Compliance to improve scalability, data quality, governance, and commercial follow-up.
Skills And Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience
- Hands-on proficiency using Adobe Campaign or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform; Adobe Campaign Classic certification advantageous.
- Experience delivering multi-market email campaigns, event communications, and automated nurture journeys.
- Experience of Lead Management, sales signals, or marketing-to-sales integration, including Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Strong audience and database marketing capability, including segmentation, qualification, exclusions, consent, suppressions, and data quality.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and turn engagement data into practical recommendations and actionable sales information.
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages, enterprise MarTech platforms, and reporting or business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data, and Compliance in a high-volume environment.

Preferred
- Native or fluent proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish, alongside professional fluency in English, is strongly preferred.
- Adobe Campaign Classic Business Practitioner certification or an equivalent relevant marketing automation platform certification would be advantageous.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Seismic, Adobe Experience Cloud, and reporting or business intelligence tools.
- Experience supporting marketing automation or Lead Management activity across multiple EMEA markets.
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day a week from home.
