This role plays a critical part in Wolfspeed's mission to scale world-class silicon carbide technology safely, reliably, and sustainably. As a CRM Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, execution, optimisation, and measurement of global automated marketing campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). Partnering closely with Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Sales Operations, Analytics, and Web teams, you will manage audience engagement strategies, lead nurturing programs, marketing automation workflows, and reporting that support pipeline growth and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Wolfspeed's Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) platform, including engagement programs, segmentation strategies, lead scoring models, automation rules, forms, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Build and deploy campaign assets including personalised emails, workflow automation, audience segmentation, dynamic content, data routing, and campaign tracking to support global marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Sales Operations, Analytics, and Web teams to develop audience engagement strategies, account-based marketing programs, and lead nurturing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and funnel effectiveness using Power BI, Google Analytics, and Salesforce reporting, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Maintain data governance and platform integrity by supporting lead management processes, ensuring accurate Salesforce synchronisation, troubleshooting automation issues, and improving data quality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience administering and optimising Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) in a marketing operations, marketing automation, or technical marketing role.
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant certification.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, lead management processes, and marketing automation workflows.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template development and campaign deployment.
- Experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Salesforce Reports, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign execution, automation workflows, system integrations, and lead routing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and complex B2B lead nurturing campaigns.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture, lead lifecycle management, and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
- Experience developing advanced reporting dashboards and translating campaign data into actionable business insights.
