Marketing B2B Manager at The Crown Estate, Urban Portfolio

Purpose of Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver B2B marketing strategies and activities that bring The Crown Estate's Urban development pipeline to life, with a focus on London development opportunities. This role combines strategic thinking and operational execution. The role will ensure marketing is commercially focused, insight-led, and directly aligned to achieve leasing strategies, drive customer demand, and deliver long-term value creation.

The role is focused on bringing agreed development propositions to life, translating leasing strategy and asset positioning into compelling marketing activity that builds awareness, generates demand, and supports successful leasing outcomes.

Context Of Opportunity / Main Accountabilities

This role sits at the point where agreed development propositions move into market, turning leasing strategy and asset positioning into distinctive, commercially effective B2B marketing that captures attention, supports customer engagement, and builds leasing momentum. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role will help ensure activity is joined-up, compelling, and aligned to wider portfolio objectives.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Define, lead, and deliver tailored B2B marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns for development schemes from early positioning through to launch to achieve targets, aligned to business plans, asset leasing strategies, and portfolio priorities.
  • Create, manage, and deliver B2B marketing plans that support workplace, hospitality, and retail development objectives, leasing priorities, and wider Urban business goals.
  • Appointing, briefing, and managing external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and assets.
  • Build strong relationships with agency partners, leasing agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure activity is commercially focused and effectively delivered.
  • Develop clear, compelling brand and placemaking narratives that differentiate schemes in the market and resonate with target customers to drive demand.
  • Managing, monitoring, and reporting on B2B marketing budgets, ensuring activity is planned, forecast, and reviewed effectively with Senior B2B Marketing Manager.
  • Establishing insightful ways to measure marketing effectiveness, demonstrate return on investment, and support continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
