Marketing B2B Manager at The Crown Estate, Urban Portfolio
Purpose of Role
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver high-impact B2B marketing across The Crown Estate’s Urban portfolio, using insight, creativity and commercial focus to drive customer demand, support leasing performance and long term value creation.
Aligned to the Urban strategy, the role is accountable for creating marketing activity that helps drive demand, supports leasing pace and delivers measurable commercial outcomes against agreed KPIs.
Working closely with the internal and external teams, this role will turn leasing priorities into forward-thinking, compelling marketing that elevates our assets, engages target customers and supports delivery of the Urban business unit strategy and respective business plans.
The role will also support the management of B2B marketing budgets, agency relationships and performance reporting, ensuring activity is commercially focused, insight-led and aligned to brand, purpose and values.
Context Of Opportunity / Main Accountabilities
This role will play an active role in delivering the Urban business strategy by creating compelling, commercially focused B2B marketing across core assets helping to build demand, strengthen customer engagement, support leasing performance and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Key accountabilities include:
- Creating, managing and delivering B2B marketing plans that support workplace, retail and hospitality leasing objectives and wider Urban business priorities.
- Work closely with the Retail, Hospitality and Workplace leasing teams to drive demand and support leasing and commercial performance, by leading the creation of and delivering marketing assets.
- Build strong relationships with agency partners, agents and internal stakeholders to deliver effective, high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
- Budget management of core leasing activity reporting to Senior B2B Marketing Manager spend vs forecast on monthly basis ensuring activity is planned, forecast and reviewed effectively.
- Measure marketing effectiveness, demonstrate return on investment and support continuous improvement.
- Work closely with property management, asset management and leasing teams to ensure void sites and sites impacted by SEP works are dressed creatively aligned to the hoarding and vinyl agreed portfolio plans.
- Coordinating workplace, hospitality and retail trade events, collateral and membership activity across relevant industry platforms and programmes.
- Supports Marketing Engagement B2B Manager on leasing events and building launches.

Most Important Skills Based Requirements
- Experience in B2B marketing within the real estate sector, with a strong understanding of workplace, retail, hospitality leasing and property marketing.
- Strong understanding of leasing dynamics across retail, hospitality and office sectors, and how marketing drives occupancy, demand and income.
- Good understanding of target customers across hospitality, retail and workplace sectors.
- Strong awareness of the competitive landscape, trends and emerging opportunities.
- Proven track record delivering B2B leasing marketing campaigns, ideally within London real estate.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across a matrixed organisation and influence colleagues at different levels.
- Experience managing agencies, marketing budgets and multiple workstreams effectively.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear messages for different audiences and channels.
- A good understanding of the latest marketing techniques, trends and market activity, with awareness of the competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use insight and performance data to inform decisions and improve commercial outcomes.
- Excellent project and event management skills, including experience delivering trade shows, exhibitions, launches or similar activity.
- Strong attention to detail, good judgement and the ability to balance pace, quality and effective decision-making.
- A collaborative, purpose-led approach, with a commitment to delivering marketing activity that supports long-term value for customers, communities, partners and the wider nation.
