Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on a Marketing & BD Operations Manager (Power Platform) role. This position is key to enhancing operational efficiency within marketing and business development teams by leveraging process improvement, automation, and data-driven insights to support sustainable growth.
This is a role that requires someone to have experience of identifying and solving real work flow problems using low/no code tools in a B2B environment. Ideally with a focus on business development and marketing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that are scalable and sustainable.
- Design, optimise, and embed operational workflows that improve planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns and BD activities.
- Lead or support the adoption of automation and AI solutions to streamline tasks, increase speed, and improve quality while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Analyse operational data and performance metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks, prioritise enhancements, and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through testing, scaling successful tools, and supporting teams during change management processes.

Person Specification
- Proven experience in marketing operations or sales enablement
- Experience of Microsoft Power Automate and/or Power Apps
- Can demonstrate hands on building of process improvement, workflow optimisation, or enablement with gains realised through automation, workflow tools, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience supporting change initiatives, helping teams to adopt new processes, tools, and technologies successfully.
- Practical, delivery-focused approach with a curious mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
- Show an understanding of marketing and business development processes in a complex B2B environment
