About Lavish Alice

Lavish Alice is a refined ready-to-wear label where statement dressing takes centre stage. Big occasions are at the heart of everything we do; bridal showers, wedding guest dressing, Ladies Day, we’re here for those unforgettable moments. Designed to last a lifetime, our garments are heirloom-worthy investments in quiet luxury.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Marketing & Brand Executive to join the team, supporting across all areas of marketing. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll help bring the brand's strategy and campaigns to life day to day from briefs and calendars through to gifting, events, and PR.

You'll also work with wider group business support on performance marketing and CRM, giving you exposure across the full marketing mix. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across a fast-moving, digitally led fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Coordination

  • Play a key role in bringing our marketing activity to life, supporting campaigns and initiatives across the brand
  • Develop clear, inspiring briefs for campaigns, content, and wider marketing activity.
  • Own and coordinate the marketing calendar, ensuring activity is well planned, on track, and seamlessly joined up across teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
