Marketing & Brand Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing & Brand Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end marketing activity for a growing travel business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with practical execution, owning integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and convert interest into enquiries and bookings. This role will be based in Greater Manchester and offers a salary up to £48k.
Marketing & Brand Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, partnerships, PR, and offline channels
- Create best-in-class marketing content
- Lead content creation across website, blogs, video, email, and social channels
- Oversee digital performance, working with SEO, PPC, and paid
- Relationship management with internal sales teams, external agencies, travel partners and suppliers
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Marketing & Brand Manager Skills Required:
- Proven marketing experience within the travel industry is essential (tour operator, DMC, travel trade or B2B/B2C travel brand).
- Strong marketing experience with a focus on travel
- Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, paid social
- Confident leader with experience managing or mentoring team members.
