Role Description

The Marketing / Brand Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester, responsible for shaping and elevating the David M Robinson brand across all channels. This role involves planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing brand positioning, and ensuring consistent visual and verbal identity across digital, print, and in-store touchpoints.

  • Overseeing social media and content calendars
  • Coordinating photography and creative assets
  • Working closely with showroom teams to support local marketing activities and events

The Marketing / Brand Manager will collaborate with external agencies and partners, monitor performance metrics, and use insights to refine strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role also contributes to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and storytelling that reflects the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in brand management and marketing strategy, ideally within luxury, retail, or premium consumer goods.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and website content coordination.
  • Ability to develop compelling brand narratives and campaign concepts that align with heritage and luxury positioning.
  • Skills in coordinating creative production, including photography, design assets, and in-store marketing materials.
  • Comfort with using data and analytics tools to track campaign performance and inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Solid project management abilities, including planning, budgeting, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing external agencies or freelancers for media, PR, creative, or digital projects.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Interest in luxury jewellery and timepieces and an understanding of premium customer experience is highly beneficial.
