Marketing & Sales Integration Executive | 3-Month Contract

£330 per day | Outside IR35 | Remote or UK Office | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced marketing and sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects and bringing teams together? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing professional services organisation undergoing a significant period of expansion and transformation. Following a series of strategic acquisitions, the organisation is bringing newly acquired businesses together under a refreshed brand and integrated commercial model.

As Marketing & Sales Integration Executive, you'll play a key role in making that happen. You'll coordinate the day-to-day delivery of rebranding, marketing and sales integration projects, helping newly acquired businesses transition smoothly while ensuring customers experience a consistent brand and proposition. You'll also support cross-selling initiatives designed to unlock new commercial opportunities across the wider group.

This isn't a traditional marketing coordination role. You'll be right at the centre of an organisation going through real change and growth, working across multiple acquisitions and helping shape how they come together. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Play a hands-on role in the integration of newly acquired businesses.
  • Lead the coordination of high-profile rebranding and marketing projects.
  • Work across marketing, sales and wider business teams.
  • Help identify and execute cross-selling opportunities.
  • Bring structure and momentum to multiple workstreams.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders while taking ownership of day-to-day delivery.
  • Make a visible impact during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

The Role

  • Coordinate the integration of marketing and sales activities across newly acquired businesses.
  • Manage rebranding activities across multiple projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines.
  • Support consistent brand messaging, positioning and customer communications throughout the integration process.
  • Help deliver cross-sell marketing activities before, during and after business integrations.
  • Coordinate the integration of marketing assets, systems, processes and materials.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales and the wider organisation.
  • Own day-to-day project coordination, tracking actions, timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide the structure and organisation needed to keep multiple integration workstreams moving forward.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience delivering marketing, brand or business integration projects.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams within a fast-paced environment.
  • A highly organised, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Someone comfortable taking ownership and getting things done without needing constant direction.
