Launch your career in marketing and business development
Bluebox Corporate Finance is looking for an ambitious and highly organised Marketing & Business Development Co-ordinator to join our London-based team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning or early stage of their career who wants broad, hands-on experience and the chance to progress quickly. You will work closely with senior leaders, take ownership of meaningful projects from an early stage and gain exposure to marketing, events, business development and the wider operations of a successful corporate finance firm.
If you are proactive, creative and keen to learn, we will give you the support, responsibility and opportunities you need to develop your career.
About Bluebox Corporate Finance
Bluebox is one of the UK’s leading corporate finance advisory firms. We help business owners prepare for, position and successfully complete the sale of their company.
Founded in 2012, we have built a strong reputation for outstanding delivery, expert advice and a structured, strategic approach.
With a London-based team and an international network spanning more than 45 countries, we combine deep M&A expertise with a personal, hands-on service. Our mission is simple: to deliver exceptional outcomes for business owners at every stage of their journey.
About the role
You will help deliver Bluebox’s day-to-day marketing activity while supporting events, lead generation, business development and selected business operations.
Working closely with the COO and colleagues across the firm, you will help develop campaigns, create high-quality content, strengthen the Bluebox brand and generate opportunities from both our existing network and new audiences. This is a varied role in which no two days will be exactly the same.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
