Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

A leading international law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join its London office. Working closely with lawyers and business services professionals across multiple jurisdictions, this role offers broad exposure to marketing, business development, client relationship management, events, pitches, and profile-raising initiatives within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This is a varied role supporting the delivery of marketing, business development, and communications activities across the firm. You will work closely with stakeholders to help drive client engagement, support growth initiatives, and strengthen the firm's market profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of marketing and business development initiatives across the firm.
  • Assist with the preparation of pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Coordinate legal directory submissions, awards, surveys, and nominations.
  • Organise and deliver client events, seminars, webinars, and networking activities.
  • Draft and maintain marketing collateral, lawyer biographies, client communications, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct research to support business development campaigns and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, communications, events, and design teams on a variety of projects.
  • Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and reporting information to support team activity.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing and/or business development role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
