RW Landscaping Ltd | Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire | Hybrid | Flexible Part-Time to Full-Time
About Us
RW Landscaping Ltd is an established, family-led commercial grounds maintenance, tree surgery, vegetation management, and winter maintenance contractor operating across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, and Norfolk.
We work with public and private-sector organizations including schools, commercial and industrial sites, property/facilities managers, developers, and estates. Safety, sustainability, compliance, and long-term client relationships are central to our “Thrive. Comply. Support.” ethos.
The Opportunity
We’re creating a new in-house Marketing & Growth position to help drive the next stage of the company’s growth.
This isn’t simply a social media role. You’ll work directly with the Director and take ownership of marketing activity with one overriding objective:
- Generate awareness → leads → opportunities → new business → revenue.
We’re looking for a commercially minded marketing generalist. You don’t need to be an expert in every area below, but should have strong experience in several and be keen to develop the others.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continually improve our WordPress website
- SEO, blogs, backlinks, case studies, and location/service content
- Develop visibility across Google and emerging AI search platforms
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other appropriate paid campaigns
- Own LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube content
- Develop and manage a consistent content calendar
- Film projects on-site using cameras/drone equipment and edit professional video content, Reels, and Shorts
- Help develop the Director’s personal brand and YouTube presence
- Create graphics, brochures, capability statements, case studies, and marketing materials
- Maintain consistent branding across vehicles, website, social media, and other channels
- Identify and research prospective commercial clients and decision-makers
- Develop B2B lead-generation and outreach campaigns
- Manage CRM, pipelines, follow-ups, email campaigns, and client nurturing
- Identify relevant tenders, frameworks, and commercial opportunities
- Help nurture existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Use AI and automation to improve marketing, research, content, lead generation, and reporting
- Monitor competitors and identify new marketing opportunities
- Track leads, conversions, advertising ROI, pipeline value, and revenue generated from marketing activity

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
