Marketing & Business Development Executive

A highly regarded private capital and real estate law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join its Marketing & Business Development team. This is a varied role supporting the firm's profile, brand and client engagement through integrated marketing campaigns, digital communications, events and content, while working closely with partners and fee earners across the business.


Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing campaigns across the firm's practice areas, working closely with fee earners and the wider marketing team.
  • Create, edit and publish engaging content across websites, social media, newsletters, email campaigns, podcasts, videos and other marketing channels.
  • Monitor marketing performance, website analytics, social media engagement and other key metrics, providing insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate marketing events, webinars, seminars and sponsorships, managing communications, invitations, logistics and post-event reporting.
  • Support PR activity and work with external PR agencies to identify opportunities and maximise coverage across relevant media outlets.
  • Lead and coordinate legal directory and awards submissions, while maintaining marketing collateral, credentials, presentations, case studies and practice area materials.
  • Support CRM, email marketing, internal communications and wider business development initiatives, ensuring consistent use of the firm's brand and effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.

The Candidate

  • At least four years' marketing experience within a professional services environment, ideally with legal sector experience and a strong understanding of marketing campaigns, digital communications and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organisational and project management abilities, attention to detail and experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, commercially aware and creative individual with strong stakeholder management skills and experience using CRM, email marketing and digital platforms; Adobe InDesign and experience with AI tools would be advantageous.
