We're working with an award-winning architectural practice renowned for delivering exceptional prime and super-prime residential projects for discerning private clients. Design quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail sit at the heart of everything they do. They are now seeking a Marketing & Practice Executive who will play an important role in supporting the practice's marketing, business development and wider day-to-day operations.
This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys combining marketing, business development and practice support within a creative professional environment. Working closely with the Marketing Director and senior leadership team, you'll play an important role in promoting the practice, supporting new business opportunities and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio.
The Role
No two days will be the same. You'll be involved in a broad range of marketing, business development and administrative activities, providing support across the practice while helping to maintain the high standards for which the studio is recognised.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of marketing and business development initiatives
- Assisting with bids, presentations, proposals and client-facing material
- Coordinating networking events, client functions and business development activities
- Researching prospective clients, projects and market opportunities
- Maintaining and updating the practice website and social media channels
- Managing marketing collateral, presentation templates and brand assets
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the practice CRM system
- Producing high-quality visual material using Adobe Photoshop
- Providing project administration support and assisting with document management where required
- Working closely with senior leadership to help coordinate the day-to-day marketing activities of the practice
About You
- Previous experience within a marketing, business development or practice support role, ideally within architecture, design, construction or another professional services environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and external clients
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous
- Creative, commercially aware and passionate about delivering high-quality work
- A genuine interest in architecture, design or the built environment would be beneficial
