Are you a Marketing, Communications, Business or similar graduate looking for a varied role where you can gain hands-on experience across marketing, communications, client engagement and business operations?
Our client is looking for a confident and enthusiastic graduate to join their Central London team. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and gain experience across marketing, social media, website updates, client communications, events, business administration and office operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop their marketing experience while gaining a broad understanding of how a successful business operates.
What You'll Be Doing
Marketing & Communications
- Assist with day-to-day marketing and communications activity.
- Support social media and website updates, coordinating content and making minor amendments.
- Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, newsletters and client communications.
- Support the organisation of client events, networking opportunities and company socials.
- Assist with maintaining marketing databases, CRM records and contact lists.
- Coordinate branded materials, promotional items and marketing collateral.
- Keep company information and marketing materials accurate and up to date.
- Support ad hoc marketing, communications and business development projects.
- Bring fresh ideas to the company's marketing activity.
Client & Business Support
- Act as a key point of contact for the Director, managing diaries, meetings and appointments.
- Handle calls, emails and correspondence, prioritising urgent matters and maintaining confidentiality.
- Support client meetings, including organising refreshments, lunches and taxis.
- Welcome and greet visitors, creating a professional first impression.
- Assist with client communications and general business administration.
- Assist with administration for the projects team.
- Prepare documents, correspondence and presentations.
- Support monthly partner meetings and other business events.

Office & Operations
- Coordinate conference room bookings and meeting schedules.
- Assist the Office Manager with the smooth running of the office.
- Support procurement of office services, supplies and equipment.
- Assist with office facilities and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain office, client and supplier records.
- Support the Director's private company with scheduling maintenance, repairs and other operational tasks relating to their property portfolio.
- Assist with general office administration and ad hoc projects.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related subject.
- A genuine interest in marketing, communications, social media and business development.
- Any internship, placement, university project or work experience involving marketing, social media, events or communications would be advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is desirable.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, commercially aware and willing to take ownership.
- Confident communicating with clients, colleagues and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a varied, hands-on role.
