The Role
We're looking for a Marketing & Business Support Coordinator who knows how to pair creative, relationship-driven work with key marketing and organising activities. You'll own event strategy, planning, and execution, along with supporting marketing campaigns and key activities and processes within our HQ London office. We are looking for a positive and proactive individual who enjoys getting stuck into a broad range of activities across multiple international teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events (conferences, trade shows, webinars, internal and educational events)
- Manage vendor and venue relationships, marketing channels, and office materials
- Help action marketing and promotional campaigns that support event promotion and business generation
- Create engaging content across social media platforms; draft copy for website updates, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Build and maintain event timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event reports
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to align events, promotional materials, and socials with business goals
- Assist staff and senior management with travel arrangements and key events and client management for each of the broking teams
- Provide general office support where required including restocking office supplies, kitchen essentials, and stationery
- Event support from one-on-one client meetings to large scale company sponsored events
- Help collaborate business support across 7 global offices
- Assist the company with general administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as required

Training
- Maintain own Continued Professional Development (CPD)
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, events, client relationship management, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) as part of daily workflow
- Experience managing social media or other content channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Calm under pressure and comfortable in the limelight
- A collaborative, proactive, and resourceful problem-solver
