Marketing Campaign Assistant – BESPOKE (Newcastle, On-Site)

BESPOKE is a growing sales and marketing company based in Newcastle. We work with a range of clients to deliver customer-focused marketing campaigns and measurable results. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Assistant to join our on-site team and support the delivery of live marketing initiatives.

This role is suitable for individuals at an early stage of their career who want to gain practical experience in marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and campaign coordination within a professional team environment.

No specific marketing experience is required. We welcome applicants from customer-facing, administrative, retail, hospitality, or similar backgrounds who are eager to learn and develop.


What You’ll Be Doing

As a Marketing Campaign Assistant, you will support the team across several campaign activities, including:

  • Assisting with the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Supporting campaign materials and promotional activity
  • Engaging with customers and providing clear, accurate campaign information
  • Working closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaign objectives
  • Helping track campaign activity and compile basic performance reports
  • Participating in team briefings, training sessions, and campaign reviews
  • Supporting general campaign operations and administrative tasks

Who We’re Looking For
