Marketing & Campaign Assistant

Bunzl Greenham | Isleworth (Head Office) | Reporting to Head of Marketing

Salary - £32,000 + Bonus

A brilliant step into marketing, with real ownership from day one

Greenham is looking for a Marketing & Campaign Assistant who thrives on variety, someone who can move seamlessly between briefing a digital campaign, building a customer email, drafting a LinkedIn post, and proof-reading a landing page, all before lunch.

This is a genuinely hands-on role at the heart of our marketing function, giving you breadth across campaign planning, content, social, and email marketing not just a narrow slice of one discipline. You'll own the annual marketing calendar, be the go-to contact for campaigns across the business and get hands-on with the tools and data behind them. If you love turning a plan into action and you're the kind of person who spots a typo from across the room we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the annual marketing calendar, keeping every campaign on track from brief to delivery
  • Acting as the go-to contact for digital, print and product-based campaigns, briefing our Digital team on emails, landing pages, banners and site updates
  • Leading day-to-day management of our social channels including LinkedIn with content that's engaging, informative and on-brand
  • Planning and building targeted email campaigns (using Spotler), from win-back activity to always-on lifecycle communications, including working with customer data to build well-segmented audience lists
  • Creating content via Canva and scheduling via Hootsuite, helping grow our social following organically
  • Developing brand stories for our exclusive product ranges, working closely with category teams
  • Tracking and reporting on channel and campaign performance using Google Analytics and social/email analytics and using the data to shape what comes next
  • Keeping an eye on competitor activity and industry trends, and getting involved in events and trade shows as they come up

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
