Campaign Planning & Project Management

Oversee designer workload across x2 ATA boutique festivals weekends, allocating briefs, managing priorities and adjusting deadlines where required.

Coordinate campaign timelines to ensure all marketing assets are delivered in line with launch schedules and key sales periods.

Monitoring websites for the shows being worked on, to ensure all information remains accurate and up to date, including line-ups, event details, ticket tiers and campaign messaging.

Social Media Management

Manage the day to day social media activity across:

  • Opulence
  • Live at Lumley
  • Live at Haigh Hall
  • ATA Events

Schedule content in line with campaign planners

Monitor engagement, respond to messages and maintain active community management across all platforms.

Publish content within relevant Facebook Event pages and coordinate collaborative posts with partners such as Hacienda and Classic Events.

Keeping on top of Whatsapp Channels

Creating event pages when events launch

Content Creation

Develop social-first content, including UGC-style edits using previous event footage, artist assets and venue content.

Brief and manage creative asset production with designers.

Produce copy for social media, marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Write press releases and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.

Create monthly content calendars and liaise with team

Creating and distributing content on Tiktok

Creating and distributing stories on social media

Artist & Partner Relations

Liaise directly with artists and management teams to encourage promotional support across their own social channels at key campaign stages (launch, midway and final four weeks).

Collect artist promotional assets and ensure marketing materials are designed and distributed where required.

Work closely with venues to secure on-site marketing opportunities, social collaboration and content creation.

PR & Media

Work alongside a dedicated PR company assigned to the shows as the main contact point and provide them all necessary content required.

Coordinate press activity throughout campaigns, including launches, key sales periods, major announcements and the final run-up to events.

Campaign Analysis & Research

Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.

Research social media trends and develop platform-appropriate content ideas for each event.

Review campaign performance and adapt activity where required to maximise engagement and ticket sales.
