Location: Hybrid working (office based with some remote flexibility) Hours: 24 to 40 hours per week (flexible) Salary: £31,000 to £38,000 (FTE equivalent 40 hours per week) Reporting to: Marketing Lead
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and support commercial growth.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, coordination, and delivery. Campaign direction and ideas are developed collaboratively across the team, and you will take responsibility for turning those ideas into well-structured, high-quality campaigns across multiple channels.
You will play a key role in ensuring marketing activity is delivered consistently, on time, and aligned with business priorities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, YouTube, and offline channels
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to develop content themes, ideas, audience targeting, messaging, and priorities.
- Turning campaign ideas into detailed execution plans including messaging, timelines, and channel activity
- Writing marketing copy for emails, website content, social media, and campaign materials
- Building and managing email campaigns including segmentation, scheduling, and automation
- Supporting social media planning and maintaining content calendars
- Working closely with the Content and Creative Executive to produce campaign assets
- Ensuring all campaign activity is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Supporting sales and business development teams with aligned marketing activity
- Monitoring performance and providing clear insights to improve future campaigns

What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a marketing role focused on campaign delivery or coordination
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience using email marketing platforms
- Experience working with website or CMS systems
- Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple campaigns at once
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to delivery
- A data-aware mindset with the ability to understand campaign performance
- Confident communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Desirable:
- Experience in a B2B or commercially focused environment
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practice
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience collaborating with designers or creative teams
