The role
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to join the UK Marketing team at Caffè Nero. The role is based at our offices in Covent Garden, Central London.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, the Marketing Campaign Executive will help develop, coordinate, and deliver UK marketing campaigns across social media, CRM/app, paid media, in-store, digital, partnerships, and local activation.
This is a hands-on campaign role with a strong focus on social media. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager, Brand, CRM, Retail Marketing, Brand Activations, agencies, and wider business teams to help campaigns move from brief to delivery at pace.
The role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, social media aware, creatively curious, and excited by the challenge of making campaigns feel joined-up across every customer touchpoint.
Key accountabilities for this role include:
Campaign planning and coordination
- Support the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager in developing campaign briefs, content plans, and channel requirements.
- Help translate campaign objectives into clear timelines, asset lists, copy requirements, stakeholder actions, and approval routes.
- Maintain campaign trackers, critical paths, and action logs so activity is visible, organised, and delivered at pace.
Social media and content support
- Support the UK social calendar and publishing rhythm across priority campaign moments.
- Help turn campaign briefs into social content requirements, including platform, format, copy, creative need, timing, and approval status.
- Track social trends, competitor activity, creators, UGC, store stories, and customer conversation that could inform UK campaign activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
