Salary: £35,000

Location: Newbury, Berkshire (RG14)

Working pattern: Full-time, office based

AP&C is looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across a portfolio of clients.

You will own campaigns end to end — from briefing and planning through to execution, reporting and optimisation — working with internal teams and external partners to make sure everything lands on time, on budget and to a high standard. It is a role that mixes strategy with day-to-day delivery, so you will be as comfortable shaping a campaign plan as you are getting it out of the door.

What will you be doing?

  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns aligned to client objectives
  • Managing campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables
  • Coordinating internal teams (design, digital, content) and external suppliers
  • Creating and briefing campaign content across digital, print, email and social channels
  • Monitoring performance and producing clear, insightful reports for clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
