Marketing Campaign Manager
Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in office)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Working Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: £370 - £411 per day
Employment Type: PAYE
Start Date: ASAP
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Campaign Manager to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering influencer and creator-led marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or campaign operations who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The Role
As Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of the full campaign lifecycle, working with internal stakeholders, external agencies, creators, and brands to deliver high-quality influencer marketing campaigns from concept through to reporting and analysis.
You will act as a subject matter expert on campaign operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet client objectives, and provide a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage influencer and creator campaigns from initial planning through execution and reporting.
- Support campaign pitches and pre-sales activity alongside commercial teams.
- Coordinate with agency partners to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Track campaign KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Produce post-campaign reports and performance analysis.
- Build strong relationships with brands, creators, agencies, and internal teams.
- Share campaign best practice and provide guidance to stakeholders across the business.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Required Experience
Essential
- 5+ years' experience managing multi-stakeholder marketing or advertising campaigns.
- Proven experience coordinating across internal teams, external partners, clients, and agencies.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse performance data and present actionable insights.
Highly Desirable
- 3+ years' experience within influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media campaigns, or branded content partnerships.
- Experience supporting campaign pitches, creator outreach, content approval processes, and performance reporting.
- Understanding of campaign metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
- Experience producing client-facing reports and presentations.
