The Role

As a Marketing Campaign Manager at Simpson Associates, you will play a central role in driving awareness, demand and pipeline growth for our data-led SaaS products and industry-specific solutions. Working at the intersection of marketing, sales and product, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end, digital-first B2B campaigns that bring our use cases to life for clearly defined audiences.

This is a hands-on, commercially minded role focused on turning complex data and technology propositions into compelling, outcomes-led campaigns. You’ll balance creativity with rigour—shaping campaign strategy, overseeing delivery across multiple digital channels, and using performance data and ROI insight to continuously optimise results. Success in the role means not just delivering campaigns, but demonstrably contributing to lead quality, pipeline and revenue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Performance, Reporting & ROI
    • Define, track and report on campaign performance, including lead volumes, lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, cost per lead and overall ROI.

    • Brief, manage and collaborate with external suppliers and partners (e.g. digital, creative, paid media agencies) where required.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement
    • Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines, data protection requirements and internal governance standards.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign processes, tools and best practice across the Marketing team.
