Imagine shaping the future of customer engagement for massive online marketplaces across Europe! We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to dive into the heart of large-scale deal events and customer engagement initiatives. This is an incredible opportunity to drive significant customer acquisition and engagement, especially during critical peak shopping periods. You’ll be instrumental in coordinating and launching marketing campaigns that not only enhance the customer shopping experience but also directly improve performance across various channels, including piloting new automation solutions that will define the future of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end execution of large-scale deal event marketing campaigns for European marketplaces, with a particular focus on critical peak periods.
  • Drive onsite merchandising and customer funnel engagement initiatives to significantly improve product discovery, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Execute comprehensive lifecycle and transition marketing campaigns across both onsite placements and diverse outbound communication channels.
  • Coordinate and launch impactful customer-facing communications, utilizing channels such as email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and other external marketing platforms across numerous locales.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, and business teams to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all campaigns.
  • Proactively monitor campaign operations, troubleshoot any execution issues, and consistently maintain high-quality standards across all customer touchpoints.
  • Contribute to building knowledge bases and testing automation tools, helping to define future marketing workflows.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, merchandising, campaign management, or closely related fields.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering strong collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership in a data-driven setting.
  • Native fluency in Swedish, Dutch, or Polish.
  • Intermediate experience in Onsite/Outbound merchandising.
  • Intermediate experience in Marketing strategy.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting e-commerce or retail marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with onsite merchandising and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience working with CRM, outbound marketing, or lifecycle marketing channels.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Familiarity with AI solutions or graphic design.
