Marketing Campaign Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to own the execution and performance of impactful B2B marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Manage event and webinar campaigns from planning through launch, follow-up, and performance analysis.
- Work closely with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Design, Sales, and Operations, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
- Build emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, audience segments, and supporting paid campaigns using modern marketing platforms.
- Your work will directly contribute to lead generation, engagement, and measurable campaign outcomes.
The position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys taking ownership and continuously testing ways to improve performance. You will have the autonomy to manage multiple initiatives while contributing to a collaborative and results-focused marketing team.
Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of webinar and event marketing campaigns, from planning and setup through launch, follow-up, and reporting.
- Build, test, QA, and launch emails, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows using HubSpot.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while keeping internal stakeholders aligned with deadlines.
- Manage webinar logistics, including registration pages, reminder communications, attendee messaging, and post-event follow-up.
- Build and launch supporting campaigns across email and paid digital channels.
- Partner with Design and Content teams to coordinate campaign assets and ensure all materials are delivered on schedule.
- Collaborate with BDR teams to align event follow-up, lead activation, and post-event outreach strategies.
- Build pre-event target lists and audience segments to support effective campaign execution and audience targeting.
- Maintain accurate campaign data across HubSpot and Salesforce and ensure reporting reflects campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results and translate performance insights into clear recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct thorough pre-launch QA across emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and other campaign components.
- Test new campaign ideas, tactics, channels, and messaging to identify opportunities for stronger engagement and event performance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and execution.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B campaign marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or a related marketing role.
- Hands-on experience creating emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and the role of CRM systems in managing and measuring marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting paid digital campaigns through platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, or similar channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- A test-and-learn mindset, with a willingness to experiment with new tactics, channels, messaging, and approaches to improve campaign results.
- Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision while taking ownership of deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and eager to learn new marketing technologies and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use campaign performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Proficiency with macOS and comfort working remotely with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom Webinar, and Asana.
