Campaigns Manager - Europe

Opportunity to join a market-leading global travel organisation in a strategic campaigns role, driving integrated marketing programmes across multiple European markets to support growth, pipeline generation and brand visibility.

This role will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns across Europe, working closely with regional marketing teams, sales stakeholders and external partners. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, the Campaigns Manager will play a key role in driving demand generation, account-based marketing and sales enablement activity across a complex B2B environment.

Location: London – three days in the office, two from home

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated campaign strategy across European markets, aligning activity with regional priorities and global marketing objectives.
  • Plan, execute and measure multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, content and paid channels.
  • Develop and manage account-based marketing programmes targeting key strategic accounts across Europe.
  • Create dedicated campaigns for enterprise, SME and meetings and events audiences, optimising activity based on performance insights.
  • Support business development activities through the creation of proposal content, case studies and sales collateral.
  • Build strong alignment between marketing and sales teams through lead management, reporting and targeting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external agencies to develop compelling campaign content.
  • Provide direction and support on campaign execution to ensure assets are delivered to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reporting, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Champion marketing initiatives internally, ensuring stakeholders are informed and equipped to support successful campaign launches.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
  • Experience using CRM, analytics and reporting platforms such as Salesforce, Google Analytics or Power BI.
  • Experience within the corporate travel sector or wider travel industry would be highly advantageous.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas and approaches.
