Role Overview
Introduction to the role:
The Marketing Campaigns Manager will lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that support the firm's strategic objectives. Working closely with colleagues across the business, the role will drive sector campaigns, office growth initiatives, product and service launches, and other business planning activities as required. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional planning, organisational, and project management skills, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time, and aligned with wider business goals. They will play a key role in strengthening collaboration and connectivity across the Marketing and Comms team and wider stakeholders, using insight and performance data to optimise activity and maximise impact.
Introduction To The Team
You will be part of the Marketing and Communications team and will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications. All members of the wider BD&M team are expected to support the work of the wider business development plans and other parts of the firm as needed.

Key Responsibilities
What are we looking for:
Important Criteria
- Proven experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns within a law firm environment.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working effectively with partners, business services teams, and external suppliers where appropriate.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional services environment.
It would be beneficial for you to have some of the following:
- Experience supporting office growth initiatives, service launches, or strategic business development projects.
- Professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) or equivalent.
- Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a marketing campaigns role within a law firm is essential.
- A professional marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent) is desirable.
