A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager
Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join their growing Marketing & Business Development team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional with strong campaign management expertise to take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth, support strategic initiatives, and enhance market presence. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact campaigns while helping to shape and improve marketing operations.
The Role
As Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll lead the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives and growth priorities.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to deliver targeted campaigns, support new service launches, and drive office and sector growth initiatives while ensuring activity is measured, optimised and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution from briefing through to reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create targeted, insight-led campaigns.
- Support product, service and strategic initiative launches.
- Develop campaign briefs, project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Drive collaboration across marketing, communications and business development functions.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of marketing processes, tools and ways of working.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns within a law firm.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting office growth initiatives or service launches.
- Professional marketing qualification such as CIM.
- Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
