Marketing Professional
My client is looking for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys turning campaign ideas into measurable business results. You'll coordinate, build, launch, and optimise lead generation campaigns that support business growth, working closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver campaigns that generate qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan and deliver multiple marketing campaigns from brief to launch.
- Manage timelines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Content & Campaign Delivery
- Write engaging copy for emails, landing pages, digital ads, and social media.
- Build landing pages, configure email campaigns and nurture journeys, and implement campaign tracking.

Events & Marketing Activity
- Support the promotion and delivery of webinars, virtual events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Produce campaign assets that drive audience engagement and attendance.
Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance, reporting on key metrics including lead generation, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use insights and A/B testing to optimise future campaigns.
Collaboration
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, campaign timing, and follow-up activity.
- Share campaign insights and contribute to continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in marketing, campaign management, or demand generation.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems.
- Understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign tracking.
- Confident interpreting performance data and making practical recommendations.
- Experience with paid and organic social media campaigns.
- A commercially focused, results-driven mindset with a passion for improving campaign performance.
