About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Campaign Success Executive to join our team at Street Agency. This is a junior-level position, perfect for someone at the start of their marketing or events career who wants to learn fast, get hands-on experience, and support the delivery of unforgettable campaigns and events.

You’ll work closely with our Campaign Success Manager and wider team to keep campaigns moving, support outreach, assist with event logistics, and help make sure every detail lands exactly as it should. It’s a varied role with tons of opportunities to grow, learn, and get stuck into the world of B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation Support

  • Support CSMs with outreach to invite guests to events or engage prospects with content.
  • Use Sales Navigator, Clay and event platforms to research and identify potential invitees.
  • Assist with follow-up messaging and nurture sequences to help drive strong attendance.
  • Pull, clean and organise data to support targeting and campaign planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
