About the Role
We’re looking for a Campaigns Coordinator to join our Brand & Campaigns team.
This is a highly organised, hands-on role responsible for coordinating the delivery of multiple campaigns across On the Beach in both the UK and Ireland. You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving, making sure the right people know what’s happening, when it’s happening, what they need to deliver and when it needs to be live.
Campaigns will span the full customer journey, across our website and app, CRM, social, paid media and performance channels including PPC, Meta and YouTube, as well as other relevant customer and marketing channels.
You’ll sit at the heart of the process, connecting the Creative Studio and channel owners to ensure every campaign is properly planned, clearly briefed and delivered on time.
This role is ideal for someone who loves a plan, spots the detail others miss and gets real satisfaction from making sure things happen.
What you’ll be doing day to day
Campaign coordination
- Turn campaign requirements into clear plans, timelines, deliverables and responsibilities.
- Coordinate multiple campaigns from initial brief through to launch and completion.
- Keep plans, trackers and calendars up to date, making sure everyone knows what’s happening and when.
- Spot risks, gaps or delays early and work with the right people to resolve them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Creative & channel delivery
- Own the briefing process into the Creative Studio, making sure they have everything they need to create the right work.
- Manage creative from initial brief through to approval, including feedback and amends.
- Distribute final assets and campaign information to channel owners, ensuring activity is ready to launch on time.
- Coordinate changes across teams and make sure campaigns are joined up across every channel.
Planning & team support
- Manage multiple campaigns with overlapping timelines and competing deadlines.
- Use Trello and other planning tools to keep workflow visible and organised.
- Build strong relationships with channel owners and become a reliable source of information on all campaign activity.
You’ll be a great addition to our team if you have the following skills, knowledge and experience
- You’re highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with a natural ability to coordinate people, deadlines and moving parts. You love a good plan, but you’re also comfortable when priorities change and things don’t quite go to plan. You’re a clear communicator, confident working across different teams and happy to chase what needs chasing to keep things moving.
- You’ll have at least 5+ years experience in marketing, campaign coordination, project management or a similar fast-paced role, with a track record of managing multiple projects, stakeholders or deadlines at once. You’ll be comfortable working with creative teams, coordinating activity across different channels and turning information from different people into a clear, structured plan.
- You’re confident with spreadsheets, trackers and workflow tools such as Trello, and you’re commercially aware enough to understand that campaigns need to work for both our partners and On the Beach. Experience in travel, ecommerce, retail or partnerships would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
- Most importantly, you’re a collaborative, curious doer who takes ownership, spots problems before they become problems and takes pride in getting things done properly.
