About the role:

PwC is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing campaign activity aligned to the firm's go-to-market strategy. The role will be accountable for translating priority sector, segment, alliance and other strategic objectives into high-quality campaign activity that builds authority, creates client access and supports commercial growth.

The role will lead multi-disciplinary marketing campaign teams and work closely with colleagues across go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, brand, buyer experience, sales enablement, alliances, and account management. The role will also ensure clear hand-offs from thought leadership strategy into campaign execution, and from campaign activity into sales readiness and measurable commercial outcomes.

As a Director-level role, the successful candidate will lead sizeable portfolios within the Marketing Campaign Programme, managing senior stakeholder relationships across the firm's matrix and developing high-performing SM2, Senior Manager and Manager teams. The role is part of the wider Sales and Marketing Director leadership community and will help shape how Sales and Marketing outcomes are delivered across the firm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
