Job Title: Marketing & Campaigns Executive

Duration: Permanent / Full Time

Location: Chepstow, South Wales (Hybrid)

Responsible to: Group Marketing Manager

Responsible for: Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated global B2B marketing campaigns across digital, content, lead generation and event channels, managing timelines, budgets, stakeholders, brand consistency, campaign analytics and sales alignment to drive lead generation, engagement, pipeline growth and brand awareness.

Job function

This role is ideal for an organised and creative marketing professional who enjoys managing campaigns from concept through to execution. Working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and regional teams, you will help deliver engaging campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase customer engagement and support revenue growth.

You will be involved in digital marketing, content creation, email marketing, social media, events, campaign reporting and marketing automation while contributing towards TXO's global sustainability message.

Specific responsibilities

The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities or functions may be required as necessary to support the business.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, coordinate and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Deliver campaigns supporting product launches, solutions, services and regional sales initiatives.
  • Manage campaign schedules, timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate campaign assets with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet agreed objectives.

Digital Marketing

  • Create and schedule email marketing campaigns.
  • Support website updates and landing page creation.
  • Assist with SEO and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Manage campaign activity across LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Monitor website traffic and campaign engagement.

Content Marketing

  • Create compelling marketing content including:
    • Blogs
    • Customer success stories
    • Case studies
    • Product brochures
    • Whitepapers
    • Email campaigns
    • Social media content
    • Sales collateral
  • Work with subject matter experts to produce technical marketing material.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Lead Generation

  • Support lead generation campaigns across global markets.
  • Work closely with Sales to align marketing campaigns with commercial priorities.
  • Assist with nurturing prospects through marketing automation.
  • Help improve conversion rates through targeted campaign optimisation.

Events & Exhibitions

  • Support planning and delivery of international exhibitions, conferences and webinars.
  • Coordinate promotional materials, merchandise and event logistics.
  • Assist with post-event lead follow-up campaigns.
  • Measure event ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Marketing Analytics

  • Track campaign KPIs including:
    • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
    • Lead Conversion
    • Website Traffic
    • Email Performance
    • Social Engagement
    • ROI
    • Pipeline Contribution
  • Produce monthly campaign reports and recommendations.
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Brand Management

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with TXO brand guidelines.
  • Support brand awareness initiatives globally.
  • Promote TXO's sustainability and circular economy proposition across all campaigns.

About You

Essential

  • 2–4 years' experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn business campaigns.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Commercially aware and results driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Desirable

  • Experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation.
  • SEO and Google Analytics experience.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience within telecommunications, technology, IT or engineering sectors.
  • Understanding of sustainability and circular economy principles.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • CIM qualification (desirable).
