About Us

At Thrive, we help children and young people flourish. For more than 30 years, we've partnered with schools and education settings to remove barriers to learning and support wellbeing, behaviour, attendance and inclusion. Our evidence-informed approach combines child development, neuroscience and attachment theory to help education professionals better understand and support the children and young people in their care.

Through our training, digital tools and practical support, we help schools create environments where children feel safe, supported and ready to learn. Independent research has demonstrated the positive impact Thrive can have on attendance, wellbeing and exclusions, and today our work supports education settings across the UK and beyond.

Thrive is part of Supporting Education Group, one of the UK's leading education services organisations, supporting more than 17,000 schools, settings and education organisations across 80+ countries. This means you'll enjoy the purpose and close-knit culture of Thrive, alongside the opportunities and expertise that come from being part of a larger organisation.

We're ambitious about the difference we can make and we're looking for talented people who share our passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Campaigns Executive to join our team from December 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys taking campaigns from initial concept through to delivery, analysis and optimisation. You'll play a key role in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, demand and conversion across Thrive's priority audiences and offers.

Working closely with colleagues across marketing and the wider business, you'll help turn campaign objectives into effective multichannel activity, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, perform strongly and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Translating campaign objectives into actionable plans, timelines and deliverables.
  • Using customer insight and campaign data to shape targeting, messaging and channel selection.
  • Delivering activity across email, PPC, paid social, direct mail, webinars and website channels.
  • Building and managing landing pages, forms, audience segments, workflows and nurture journeys within HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Writing engaging copy for emails, landing pages, web content and campaign assets.
  • Coordinating internal stakeholders, creative resources, agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Collaborating with Brand, Content & Organic colleagues to maximise the value of content, case studies, evidence and campaign assets.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making data-informed improvements to increase engagement, conversion and ROI.
  • Supporting testing and optimisation activity across campaigns and landing pages.
  • Reporting on campaign results and developing a clear understanding of what drives enquiries, applications, pipeline and revenue.
  • Using AI, automation and marketing technology to improve efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
