Hybrid | Tonbridge (2 days a week)

Do you thrive on bringing big campaign ideas to life? Love juggling multiple projects, working with brilliant brands, and using data to make every campaign perform even better?

We're looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our Ecommerce team and help create the campaigns that keep Master of Malt at the forefront of the drinks industry.

This is a role for someone who loves the pace of ecommerce. One day you could be pitching a year-long activation plan to a world-famous whisky brand. The next, you'll be refining a gin promotion based on performance data or working with our in-house studio to deliver our Father's Day campaign. No two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

  • Planning and delivering creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
  • Using data and insights to optimise campaign performance, measuring ROI and continually improving results.
  • Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Editorial, Photography, PR and external brand partners to bring campaigns to life.
  • Developing fresh campaign ideas that cut through the noise and give our customers reasons to keep coming back.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, securing marketing investment and demonstrating campaign success through insightful reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
