Marketing Campaigns Manager - Financial Services - London on-site based - £85K-£95K (depending on experience) + bens
Great new role working for an Asset Management company based in central London looking for their next Marketing Campaign Manager. Reporting to Head of Digital and Campaigns, you will have one direct report and will lead the European Sales and Marketing team on all marketing campaigns.
Working closely with different teams, including Content, Digital, Paid Activation, Social, Events, and Design, you will act as the central campaign lead. You will be responsible for defining target audiences, developing messaging, determining the appropriate channel mix, establishing content requirements, managing timelines, and setting KPIs, while overseeing campaigns from initial planning through to successful execution.
This is a hands-on role requiring substantial experience in the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, combined with excellent campaign planning, project management, and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of strategic thinking and executional capability, supported by commercial awareness and a clear focus on lead generation and the continuous optimisation of campaign performance and effectiveness.

Prior experience within the financial services sector is essential, with experience in asset or investment management being strongly preferred. Knowledge and understanding of ETFs/ETPs, as well as the European investment landscape, would be considered a significant advantage.
Key Requirements for the Role
- 5+ years’ relevant marketing experience, with strong hands-on experience planning and delivering integrated/multi-channel B2B and B2C campaigns from strategy through execution and optimisation.
- Financial services experience is required. Experience in asset or investment management is strongly preferred, with knowledge of ETFs/ETPs a significant advantage.
- Exceptional campaign planning, project management, prioritisation, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digitally focused, multi-channel marketing, including CRM/email, paid media, social, content, and events, with the ability to use campaign and audience data to inform targeting, optimise performance, and improve commercial outcomes.
- Experience working within an in-house model, with the ability to take direct ownership of campaign planning and execution, while working effectively with external partners where required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using campaign performance data to identify insights and improve results.
- Previous people-management experience, with the ability to coach, provide guidance and feedback, delegate effectively, and support the performance and professional development of a direct report.
- Fluent English, speaking and writing C1/C2 level.

The role offers an excellent collaborative working environment, working for a leading company within Asset Management based in the heart of London. The role has a hybrid style, but the new incumbent would be expected to be onsite 3/4 days per week in the beginning months.
