Help us make a difference to people with life-limiting illnesses...
At The Myton Hospices, we provide specialist care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their loved ones, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. We are a much-loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, and 26 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Campaigns & Product Development Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team and help turn ideas and opportunities into impactful campaigns and new income-generating products. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing our campaigns and income-generating activity.

You’ll be a key link to the Income Generation team, leading the development and delivery of agreed campaigns and product development initiatives, bringing together audience insight, fundraising priorities, creative thinking and marketing expertise to deliver activity that makes a difference.

You’ll take ownership of projects from initial concept through to launch and evaluation, ensuring they are well planned, effectively coordinated and delivered on time, within budget and against clear objectives. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Fundraising, Retail and wider teams, providing clear direction and keeping activity moving.

You’ll be based at our Warwick Hospice, with some travel to other Myton sites in Warwickshire & Coventry. There will be opportunities for hybrid working. The role will involve some weekend and occasional evening work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
