This role is based in the UK and requires an existing right to work in the UK. At this time, we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role. What will I be doing?

  • Own and scale Kaluza’s global marketing channel and distribution strategy, driving multi-channel campaign performance across enterprise B2B ecosystems.
  • Design and execute end-to-end distribution frameworks that expand reach across digital channels, industry media, co-marketing partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Build advanced attribution and performance tracking models to continuously measure ROI, pipeline contribution, and channel velocity.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Commercial, and Partner Success teams to launch integrated marketing campaigns for major platform rollouts.
  • Mentor and upskill marketing team members on modern channel optimization techniques, A/B testing frameworks, and MarTech tooling.
  • Direct external agency, media buyer, and vendor relationships to ensure high-impact campaign execution and budget efficiency.

About You

Ideally you'll have/be:

  • Strong experience leading channel marketing, digital performance distribution, or growth initiatives within a B2B SaaS, green-tech, or enterprise tech environment.
  • Proven technical domain mastery across multi-channel distribution methods, including paid media, SEO/SEM, enterprise ABM, email marketing, and partner co-marketing.
  • High analytical fluency with expertise in marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), campaign analytics, and multi-touch attribution tools.
  • Strategic project leadership capabilities, with demonstrated success aligning cross-functional teams around ambitious revenue growth targets.
  • Exceptional narrative and written communication skills, capable of translating technical energy platform capabilities into high-converting market messaging.

What will set you apart:

  • Deep understanding of the global energy sector, utility tech ecosystems, or smart device integration.
  • Hands-on experience executing joint co-marketing initiatives alongside major energy retailers or global hardware/automotive OEMs.
  • Direct experience orchestrating international marketing distribution strategies across European, APAC, or North American markets.

We offer flexible working, with a requirement of 3 days a week in the office. This gives us the best of both: real time together to collaborate and build relationships, with the flexibility to work in the way that suits you best the rest of the week.
